The Department of Environmental Conservation proposed to add N.Y. Comp. Codes R. & Regs. tit. 6, §570, Liquefied Natural Gas. The rule would establish criteria for the siting of liquid natural gas facilities. There will be a public hearing October 20, 2013, and the deadline for comment is October 25.
