The Department of Environmental Conservation proposed amendments to N.Y. Comp. Codes R. & Regs. tit. 6, §§200.9, 200.10, and 208.1 to 208.3. The proposed amendments would incorporate the new federal emissions guidelines for municipal solid waste landfills pursuant to 40 C.F.R. Part 60, Subpart Cf.
