The Department of Environmental Conservation will hold a public hearing on the proposed addition of Part 215, and amendment of Parts 191 and 621 of Title 6 NYCRR to extend a ban of open burning to all household waste and most agricultural wastes and to eliminate permit requirements for the types of open burning that will be allowed.
