The Department of Environmental Conservation amended N.Y. Comp. Codes R. & Regs. tit. 6, §218, Emission Standards for Motor Vehicles and Motor Vehicle Engines, and Part 200, General Provisions. The amendments incorporate California's revisions to the greenhouse gas emission standards that have been adopted as part of the low emission vehicle program.
