The Water Quality Control Commission seeks public comment on proposed amendments to N.M. Code R. §20.6.4.9 submitted by the New Mexico Environment Department, the New Mexico Department of Game and Fish, and the New Mexico Energy, Minerals and Natural Resources Department, which nominate all perennial waters within United States Forest Service Wilderness Areas as outstanding national resource waters.
