The New Mexico Water Quality Control Commission proposed amendments to N.M. Code R. §20.7.5, Wastewater Facility Construction Loans. The amendments would expand the scope of projects and borrowers eligible for consideration for funding pursuant to the Wastewater Facility Construction Loan Act, in addition to other changes.
