The New Mexico Energy, Minerals, and Natural Resources Department and the New Mexico Taxation and Revenue Department are proposing to amend N.M. Admin. Code tit. 3.13.20, the Land Conservation Incentives Tax Credit rule. The changes would address appraisal practices and revise certain definitions. A public hearing will be held on December 16, 2015.
