The Energy, Minerals and Natural Resources Department and Taxation and Revenue Department announced that they will conduct a public hearing concerning the adoption of a new rule regarding the land conservation incentives tax credit for donations of land or interests in land to public or private land conservation agencies for conservation purposes and repeal of the existing rule, 3.13.20 NMAC.
