The Environmental Improvement Board proposed to repeal N.M. Admin. Code 20.2.100, 300, 301, and 305, Greenhouse Gas Reduction Program, Greenhouse Gas Cap and Trade Program, and the Greenhouse Gas Reporting and Verification Requirements, on behalf of a petition.
