The Environmental Improvement Board adopted amendments to N.M. Code R. §§20.2.99.2, 20.2.99.7, 20.2.99.111, 20.2.99.112, 20.2.99.113, 20.2.99.115, 20.2.99.122, 20.2.99.124, 20.2.99.125, 20.2.99.128, 20.2.99.133, 20.2.99.134, 20.2.99.135, 20.2.99.137, 20.2.99.138, 20.2.99.139, 20.2.99.140, 20.2.99.148, and 20.2.99.151, Conformity to the State Implementation Plan of Transportation Plans, Programs, and Projects. The provisions apply to all nonattainment and maintenance areas for transportation-related criteria pollutants for which the area is designated nonattainment or has a maintenance plan. Also, the provisions apply to emissions of ozone, carbon monoxide, nitrogen dioxide, and particles with an aerodynamic diameter less than or equal to a nominal 10 micrometers (PM10) and particles with an aerodynamic diameter less than or equal to a nominal 2.5 micrometers (PM2.5). http://www.nmcpr.state.nm.us/nmregister/xx/xx09/20.2.99amend.htm.
