The Department of Environmental Protection proposes amendments to N.J. Admin. Code §7:27, TBAC Emissions Reporting, Permitting, and Gasoline Transfer Operations. The proposed amendments would repeal TBAC emissions reporting and recordkeeping requirements. A public hearing will be held August 24, 2017. Written comments will be accepted until September 1, 2017.
