The Department of Environmental Services proposes amendments to N.H. Rev. Stat. Ann. §§146-C:9, X & XII, Test Methods for Primary Containment System Testing of Diesel Fuel UST Systems. The proposed rule would validate any pressure decay testing done on or after April 15, 2016. A public hearing will be held on June 29, 2017. Written comments will be accepted until July 14, 2017.
