The Department of Environmental Services proposed amendments to N.H. Code Admin. R. Ann. Env-Wq 402, Env-Or 603, and Env-Dw 700 and 800. The proposed amendments would establish maximum contaminant levels and/or maximum contaminant level goals for perfluorooctanoic acid, perfluorooctane sulfonic acid, perfluorononanoic acid, and perfluorohexane sulfonic acid; and add monitoring, compliance, reporting, and public notification requirements for the four perfluorochemicals.
