The Department of Environmental Services proposes amendments to N.H. Code Admin. R. Ann. Env-Dw 701.05-.09, Revised Total Coliform Rule Amendments. The proposed amendments update the rules to be in compliance with the SDWA. A public hearing will be held October 24, 2017. Written comments will be accepted until November 1, 2017.
