The Department of Environmental Services proposes rulemaking to amend N.H. Rulemaking Reg. Env-Dw 103.41, Public Drinking Water Rules: Definition of "Owner or Operator." The proposed revision aims to adopt a definition of "owner or operator" that makes the subtitle consistent with federal regulations applicable to public water systems promulgated by EPA. A public hearing will be held on January 19, 2017. Written comment will be accepted until 4:00 pm on January 27, 2017.
