The Department of Environmental Services will hold a public hearing on proposed amendments to N.H. Code Admin. R. Ann. Env-A 500, Standards Applicable to Certain New or Modified Facilities and Sources of Hazardous Air Pollutants (NSPS, NESHAPs). Env-A 500 incorporates by reference certain federal new source performance standards, NESHAPs, and NESHAPs for specific source categories (also know as maximum achievable control technology).
