The State Environmental Commission adopted amendments to Nev. Admin. Code §444.8427, relating to hazardous waste. The changes amend provisions governing the generation, transportation, treatment, storage, disposal, and management of hazardous waste to provide that references to the U.S. Code of Federal Regulations refer to the Code of Federal Regulations as they exist on July 1, 2008.
