The Nebraska Environmental Quality Council proposed amendments to Title 117, Nebraska Surface Water Quality Standards. The proposed amendments would, among other things, revise and update the state's water quality standards, update designated use classifications of certain streams, clarify that point source discharges from livestock sources are prohibited, and update and revise pollutants.
