The Department of Environmental Quality will hold a public hearing on proposed amendments to ARM 17.8.308, Particulate Matter; 17.8.504, Permit Application Fees; 17.8.744, General Exclusions for Air Quality Permits; and 17.8.1205, Requirements for Timely and Complete Air Quality Operating Permit Applications. The changes will ensure that a Montana air quality permit and a Title V permit may be processed in an order that preserves the integrity of the timelines and, therefore, the validity of the final decision for each.
