The Department of Conservation proposed to amend Mo. Code Regs. Ann. tit. 3, §10-7.410, Hunting Methods, to remove the atlatl exception as a method to take deer. In addition, the department proposes to make changes to §10-7.431, Deer Hunting Seasons: General Provisions, adding atlatl as a legal means to take deer.
