The Department of Natural Resources will hold a public hearing on proposed amendments to 10 CSR 20-4.061, Storm Water Grant and Loan Program. The amendments would modify the fund allocation procedures for stormwater loans and grants. The department is amending certain parts of the regulation including the definitions, project selection procedures, and allocation of funds provisions. To ensure that the stormwater bond proceeds are used for their intended purpose, the department proposed to clarify the eligible costs and engineering requirements. The proposal would also add requirements for accessing funds from the state stormwater control bond repayment fund.
