The Department of Natural Resources proposed amendments to Mo. Code Regs. Ann. tit. 10, §§25-2 to -13, -15, and -16. The proposed amendments would, among other things, make changes consistent with the department's initiative to reduce regulations that unnecessarily burden individuals and businesses.
