The Missouri Department of Conservation is proposing to repeal Mo. Code Regs. Ann. tit. 3, §10-2.010, and to amend Mo. Code Regs. Ann. tit. 3, §2.020, both regarding forest crop lands. The former is proposed for repeal because the applicable lands have since been declassified or renewed as forest crop lands; the latter would be amended to improve the Conservation Commission’s ability to classify eligible lands as forest crop lands.
