The Department of Natural Resources proposed to rescind Mo. Code Regs. Ann. tit. 10, §20-4.010. The proposed rescission would delete the text for the priority point system, and the department would create priority point criteria to be noticed annually for public comment and adopted by the Clean Water Commission.
