The Department of Natural Resources will hold a public hearing on proposed amendments to 10 CSR 10-6.061, Construction Permits Exemptions. This proposed amendment would add an exemption from construction permits for the construction of temporary storage structures throughout the state that occur as a result of exceptional events (e.g., natural disasters or abundant harvests exceeding available storage capacity).
