The Department of Natural Resources will hold a public hearing on proposed amendments to 10 CSR 10-5.381, On-Board Diagnostics Motor Vehicle Emissions Inspection, which enacts provisions of sections 643.300-643.355, RSMo, and meets the CAA requirement that ozone SIPs contain necessary enforceable measures to maintain the mandatory vehicle emissions inspection and maintenance program. The rulemaking is intended to clarify the exemption, inspection station, vehicle inspection, and waiver requirements of the rule.
