The Department of Natural Resources proposed changes to the list of chemicals in Mo. Code Regs. Ann. tit. 10, §10-6.020, Definitions and Common Reference Tables. The changes would add propylene carbonate and dimethyl carbonate to the list of compounds that are not considered volatile organic compound (VOC) emissions while adding a number of compounds to the list that are considered to be VOCs.
