The Air Conservation Commission will conduct a public hearing to consider the amendment of 10 CSR 10-6.075, Maximum Achievable Control Technology Regulations. This rule establishes emission control technology, performance criteria, and work practices to achieve emission standards for sources that emit or have the potential to emit hazardous air pollutants. The commission proposes to amend subsection (1)(A). If the commission adopts this rule action, it will be submitted to U.S. EPA for delegation of enforcement authority.
