The Mississippi Department of Environmental Quality is proposing to replace 11 Miss. Admin Code Pt. 6, Ch. 9. These changes would replace the previous CWA §303(d) list of impaired water bodies in its entirety with a new list. A public hearing will be held on March 14, 2016.
