The Department of Environmental Quality proposed to amend Miss. Admin. Code tit. 11, pt. 2, ch. 1, Air Emission Regulations for the Prevention, Abatement and Control of Air Contaminants. Amendments involve the startup, shutdown, and malfunction of air emissions equipment in compliance with US EPA regulations. A public hearing will be held on September 16, 2016.
