The Minnesota Pollution Control Agency seeks comment on the proposed Watershed Restoration and Protection Strategy and TMDL reports for the Mississippi River Headwaters Watershed. The Watershed Restoration and Protection Strategy report is heavily focused on protection of the high-quality waters of the Mississippi River Headwaters Watershed, while the TMDL is focused on the restoration of two lakes in Beltrami County, Lake Irving and Little Turtle.
