The Minnesota Pollution Control Agency is requesting comments on the Fecal Coliform and Turbidity TMDL Assessment for the Rock River watershed. The aquatic life use and aquatic recreation use of the Rock River watershed is impaired because it does not meet state water quality standards for turbidity and fecal coliform.
