The Department of Environmental Protection seeks public comment on a proposed ban of clean gypsum wallboard disposal. This would amend 310 Mass. Code Regs. 19.000, Solid Waste Management Regulations, to add the wallboard to the restricted materials list. It would also require waste management facilities to submit waste ban compliance plans regarding the substance.
