The Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection will hold public hearings on proposed regulations to implement portions of the Mercury Management Act. The proposed regulations would implement a prohibition on the disposal of products containing mercury, a ban on the sale of certain products containing mercury, and labeling requirements for products containing mercury.
