The Department of Environmental Protection proposed to amend 310 Mass. Code Regs. 7.24, revising the SIP for the Stage II Vapor Recovery Fleet Exemption. There will be a public hearing on June 6, 2012, and the deadline for comment is June 18. See http://www.mass.gov/dep/public/hearings/stg2phn.htm.
