The Department of the Environment is proposing to amend Md. Code Regs. 26.03.13.04 regarding Bay Restoration Fund implementation. Changes would affect the options available to sewage treatment plants in order to receive funds and provide for public review of some projects. The deadline for comment is December 1, 2014.
