The Department of Agriculture proposed to amend Md. Code Regs. 15.05.02, Integrated Pest Management and Notification of Pesticide Use in a Public School Building or on School Grounds. Changes specify the period of time that a school is to maintain certain records related to integrated pest management and to make their records immediately available upon request to the department.
