The Department of Natural Resources is proposing to amend Md. Code Regs. 08.02.15.07 regarding commercial striped bass fisheries. Changes would modify the tolerance limit associated with the species' individual transferable quota from 50 pounds, to 4% with a minimum of 50 pounds. The deadline for comment is July 27, 2015.
