The Department of the Environment will conduct a public hearing to consider the proposal to adopt new Regulation .32 under COMAR 26.11.19, Volatile Organic Compounds from Specific Processes. The purpose of this action is to establish volatile organic compound emission limits and standards for the commercial application of coatings and non-coating materials to wood products. The regulation codifies limits consistent with those in existing air quality permits. The hearing will be held January 23, 2008.
