The Department of the Environment will conduct a public hearing to consider the proposal to amend Regulation .30 under COMAR 26.11.19, Volatile Organic Compounds from Specific Processes, and to adopt new Regulations .01§.07 under a new chapter, COMAR 26.11.35, Volatile Organic Compounds from Adhesives and Sealants. The purpose of this action is to establish emissions limits for adhesive application and manufacturing operations under COMAR 26.11.19.30 and volatile organic compounds standards for over 40 categories of adhesives, sealants, adhesive primers, sealant primers, and cleaning solvents under new chapter COMAR 26.11.35.
