The Department of the Environment proposed to amend Md. Code Regs. 26.11.02, Permits, Approvals, and Registration, and add the chapter 26.11.36, Distributed Generation. Among other changes, the amendments would establish annual reporting requirements for curtailment service providers that negotiate contracts with facilities that operate on-site generators/engines and alter requirements relating to load-shaving units.
