The Department of the Environment amended Md. Code Regs. 26.11.02, Permits, Approvals, and Registration, and added chapter 26.11.36, Distributed Generation. Among other changes, the amendments establish annual reporting requirements for curtailment service providers that negotiate contracts with facilities that operate on-site generators/engines and alter requirements relating to load-shaving units.
