The Department of Agriculture is proposing to amend Md. Code Regs. 15.15.01.10 regarding the Agricultural Land Preservation Program. Changes would prohibit the Agricultural Land Preservation Foundation from purchasing an easement for more than 75% or less than 25% percent of the fair market value of the land, unless the landowner's asking price is less than 25% of the fair market value.
