The Department of Inland Fisheries and Wildlife will hold two public hearings on proposed changes to Chapter 1, Open Water and Ice Fishing Regulations. The changes would simplify and consolidate open water and ice fishing regulations. The hearings will be October 7 and 8, 2008.
