The Maine Department of Environmental Protection is proposing to amend Code Me. R. §415 regarding the handling and recycling of electronic waste. The changes would provide television and game console manufacturers credits for developing their own electronic waste recycling programs, update definitions, and ensure consistency with Maine’s Electronic Waste Law.
