The Department of Environmental Protection seeks public comment on its proposal to repeal the siting requirements for underground oil storage facilities, Code Me. R. §691. Those siting requirements have been incorporated in Code Me. R. §692, governing the siting of both underground and aboveground oil storage facilities.
