The Maine Department of Environmental Protection is proposing to update the Site Location of Development Law (Site Law), 38 Me. Code R. §481. The proposal would update requirements for long-term construction projects. A public hearing will be held on October 15, 2015. Written comments will be accepted until 5pm on October 26, 2015.
