The Department of Marine Resources is proposing to permanently adopt 13-188 Me. Code R. §24.10(4)(F) regarding species protection. The adoption would continue and complete the rulemaking process for an emergency rule adopted January 15, 2015, expanding a restricted area from which taking American oysters of a certain size is prohibited.
