The Efficiency Maine Trust proposed amendments to Ch. 4, Natural Gas Energy Conservation Programs. The proposed amendments would clarify the definition for low-income residential customers seeking to participate in the programs and require Efficiency Maine Trust to develop program plans and budgets for review by the Public Utilities Commission to reflect changes made to 35-A Me.
