The Public Utilities Commission will hold a public hearing on a rulemaking to repeal and replace its rules at Code Me. R. §420, Safety Standards for Natural Gas Transmission and Distribution Systems and Liquefied Natural Gas Facilities, that set forth safety standards for natural gas transmission and distribution systems and liquefied natural gas facilities.
